Former Manchester United and Everton midfielder Phil Neville has admitted that he had been forced to make his first ever cup of instant coffee just four days ago.
The 37-year-old retired footballer confessed on live television that he ran into the kitchen and was forced to call his wife to ask 'how the hell' should he make a cup of coffee for a visiting guest, the Mirror reported.
Neville, who was reportedly left embarrassed that he'd let his sheltered life slip to the public, tried to change the subject, saying that it is a football programme and they should talk about football.
The former Everton captain then jokingly added that he has lived in a bubble all his life.
