HR and L and D professionals from across industry verticals mesmerized by a unique experiential event

A unique experiential learning event on "Innovation in Employee Engagement" was organized on 1st October 2016 by Learning Link ups in association with renowned Trainers and Facilitators at Courtyard Marriot, Mumbai. The learning event was received with a loud applause and saw high attendance of Corporate HR and L&D professionals from a rich blend of industry verticals representing Telecom, ITES, BFSI, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Services.

The event was envisaged to bring HR/Learning professionals and trainers together on a platform to discuss, deliberate and experience the new ideas and innovations in employee engagement. The event showcased new methods, ideas, techniques like facilitation, Experiential learning, NLP, Image Consulting and Mind mapping that can be utilized by Corporate to increase employee satisfaction quotient and infuse new energy in the areas of employee engagement and learning thereby contributing to improved performance of the company.

The event was thoughtfully designed to include industry views from leaders through Key note address as well as panel discussions stitched intelligently with experiential workshops from expert trainers and facilitators that helped the audience to absorb industry views and practice the innovations in the training industry.

The event started with a keynote address on "Employee Motivation and the role it plays in productivity" by Dr. Deepak Deshpande, CHRO, Netmagic Solutions Pvt. Ltd., who gave a good insight about how employee motivation and productivity can be addressed by building competency through excellence in people. The keynote was preceded by an illustrative process facilitation diligently run by Yateen Gharat (CPF) which had a deep impact on the audience.

The panel discussions on "Industry trends in Employee Engagement" comprising of panel members: Dinesh Bojwani, Mr. Monu Kabra representing industry views while Arun Chitlangia representing trainers, gave a good perceptive on the new trends evolving in the industry.

The second-panel discussion on "Role Played by Trainings and Skill enhancement in organizations" comprising of panel members: Dr. Deepak Deshpande, Joy Banerjee representing industry views while Sekhar Chandrasekharan (CPF) representing trainers perspective, thoroughly entertained the audience while conveying the message in simple terms. Experiential workshop by Arun Chitlangia, NLP workshop by Umesh Soman, Mind Mapping workshop by Dharmender Rai and Image Management insights by Shilpa Bhagat (former India World) mesmerized the audience. The complete event was facilitated by Yateen Gharat.
