Idris Elba is reportedly in talks to play the role of a 'Klingon' villain in the upcoming 'Star Trek 3.'

There have been rumours that 'Klingons' would feature in 'Star Trek 3' and if the 42-year old British actor would play the role, he may either be the most attractive one or people may not recognize him due to the prosthetics and makeup, E! Online reported.

However, there hasn't been any confirmation from the star or Paramount Pictures as of yet.

Damon Lindelof, the producer and screenwriter of the movie, said that people should draw their own conclusion as he would confirm nothing and deny all about constituting 'Klingons' in the third film in the franchise.

The movie, directed by Justin Lin, is scheduled to release in July 2016.
