Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said that India was blessed to have so many youngsters in a land full of opportunities.
Prime Minister Modi, who was addressing the National Youth Festival via video conferencing, said India is the most youthful nation in the world.
"In front of me today are the youth of India, from all parts of the nation. India is the most youthful nation and it is blessed to have so many youngsters," Prime Minister Modi said.
"Entire world is looking at India with so much hope. Why? Because India is a land of opportunities," he added.
He also said that Swami Vivekananda and Bhagat Singh are the source of inspiration for the youth.
Prime Minister Modi had earlier extended wishes to 'venerable' Swami Vivekananda on his birth anniversary.
"I salute the venerable Swami Vivekananda on his birth anniversary," he tweeted.
