Infogain, a leading provider of technology solutions and services today announced of Rikki Jolly as the new Vice President-Global Delivery for its Retail Services.
Reporting to Ray Allen, SVP & General Manager, Retail Business Practice, he is responsible for driving the entire delivery function to increase operational efficiencies and ensure the smooth delivery of processes to exceed client expectations.
Rikki has more than 20 years of experience across Delivery and Account Management. Prior to Infogain, he was Global Client Partner for Capgemini Financial Services (FS), managing the delivery and operations for a large multinational bank.
He has extensive experience in leading large ERP implementations and further upgrading them through Digitization (SMAC), DevOps and Agile across different lines of businesses. He has worked with clients across US, Europe and Asia Pacific and is known for bringing in operational excellence, product leadership and his ability to synchronize IT strategy to meet business goals.

Rikki holds a Global CIO certification from Indian School of Business Hyderabad along with MBA Finance from IASE University. He lives in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
