Iran has vowed to take international legal action against Saudi Arabia over the killing of 769 people in a stampede at this year's Haj, in which 136 Iranians died.

According to ABC News, Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeir later responded to Iran's criticism saying that "the Iranians should know better than to play politics with a tragedy".
