Islamic State (IS) militants have a significant present in Pakistan through a propaganda website that is being used as a launching pad for the expansion of the terrorist group, according to security analysts.
The website is managed by the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), reported the Express Tribune.
Security analysts said that the websites are being used by both IS and al Qaeda to expand their strongholds.
TTP announcements can be accessed through the website where the group also declared a war against Pakistan and claimed responsibility for the attack on Peshawar school on December 16, 2014.
Such violations are being dealt by a cyber crime wing in the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and a vigilance cell in the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) at present.
