FC Pune City on Wednesday called-up two of its reserve players, forward Gani Ahmed Nigam and defender Sahil Panwar, into the main squad for the Hero Indian Super League (ISL).
Gani and Sahil will replace defenders Wayne Vaz and Pawan Kumar respectively.
ISL player guidelines allow a club to replace domestic players in main squad with players from its reserve squad after the club's fifth, 10th and 15th matches.
Both Gani and Sahil will be available to the head coach, Ranko Popovic, for selection for the forthcoming home match against Bengaluru FC on Thursday.
