Actress Taapsee Pannu, who got applauded for her work in movies like 'Baby' and 'Pink', said her upcoming film 'Running Shaadi.com' was the reason which got her roles in those movies.

The 29-year-old, who was recently spotted at the launch event of the flick, revealed how the movie helped her in meeting Shoojit Sircar, who gave her such characters to play.

"This movie got me introduced to Shoojit Sircar because of which I got 'Pink' and that is why it plays a very big role in my career. I got 'Pink' after this movie. The actor you see in 'Baby' and 'Pink' is courtesy this film," she said.

While Amit Sadh and Taapsee help eloping couples get married in the rom-com, the actress was asked if she has ever witnessed a wedding like this in real life.

"This is the only thing that makes me sad. It hasn't happened with me or someone who is closely related to me. It would have been so adventurous. I think I need to tell people that you should get married by running from your house. But everyone's parents are really co-operative. I am the only one standing here maybe who has never been a part of something like that," she joked.

Taapsee then jocularly said she would love to run away with John Abraham and Hrithik Roshan.

On a related note, the film is all set to release on February 17.
