There are going to be teardrops on Tayvin shippers' guitars as Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris have reportedly called it quits after 15 months of blissful coupledom filled with PDA moments on social media and television.
The split between the 26-year-old world-conquering pop star and her 32-year-old Scottish DJ beau was fairly amicable, according to an insider as "There was no drama. Things just don't work out sometimes," People magazine reports.
Also, E! Online quoted a source saying that Harris, real name Adam Wiles, was the instigator for the split.
The insider said, "Taylor and Adam had no big blowout fight, but the romance just was not there anymore for them. Adam is the one that ended it. It was all done in a very mature fashion. Taylor is pretty upset but they are still in communication. Taylor was there for Adam with his accident and supportive."
The duo's breakup comes shortly after the music producer suffered from a car accident, causing him to cancel a few shows.
Just another casualty of 2016's lost loves, the pop power couple, who met each other late February of last year through mutual pal Ellie Goulding and then soon started dating, has yet to comment on the news.
