The U.S. General Command involved in the fight against Islamic State (IS) militants has said that it would take "a minimum of three years" to achieve a "turning point" in the fight against the terror group.
While addressing a briefing about the progress made against the IS on ground, Army Lieutenant General James Terry counseled "patience" and said that the U.S.-led airstrikes started just four months ago and it would take at least three years.
