According to sources, the flagship device S42 will come equipped with face unlock technology, making it an industry's first under the 10k segment.
This large display smartphone will also sport a slim profile with an edge-to-edge display to give the users a full viewing experience.
The flagship smartphone, S42 is expected to be equipped with bokeh mode to provide clearer selfies.
Further, the smartphone is expected to support a dual-SIM slot.
The range of smartphones is believed to come in two variants with 2GB and 3GB of RAM.
Launched by its parent company Transsion Holdings, itel forayed into the Indian market in April 2016.
