The country singer was giving an interview to Ryan Seacrest when the 23-year-old actress sneaked behind her like a ninja, and the '22' hit maker had no clue about the funny antics going on behind her, Fox News reported.
Later, Lawrence joked that she was thinking of throwing Swift down the steps.
