J Lo admits being conflicted about her body

Jennifer Lopez has admitted to being conflicted about letting go of the drive to look perfect.

According to British Glamour's March issue, the 44-year-old American Idol judge has revealed that her looks are always on her mind and she is finding it hard to "shed that old skin", People Magazine reported.

She added that she has mellowed out a bit on rigorous exercises but the "very ambitious, determined girl" inside her wishes to be in the best shape ever.
