Lien was arrested on September 3 for allegedly exposing herself in front of several children last month, E!Online reported.
She has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and is being held in custody with a USD 2,500 bond.
Sources have revealed that Lien's neighbour made a complaint to the police after the actress got angry over a crying child.
During this incident, the 41-year-old actress exposed her breasts and butt while the neighbour had three children in the yard.
The police report also stated that Lien was not wearing clothes and resisted arrest when they arrived with the warrant.
