Jessica Simpson and Channing Tatum have provided Odette Annable extensive help in finding potential kidney donors for her ailing aunt.
Annable had reached out to her celebrity pals to urge them to help in spreading the word via Twitter, which led to almost 10,000 people reading the story and more than 1,000 retweets, Contactmusic reported.
The 28-year-old American actress said that an experience like this made her realize that social media is a "group of people looking to connect with many".
