Jharkhand's Director General of Police (DGP) Rajeev Kumar has said that 10,000 police personnel will be reinstated in the Naxal-hit areas of Chiabasa.
After undertaking a meeting with the officers, Kumar said the situation has considerably improved in the area and the Naxals are also getting connected to the mainstream.
The DGP had last month decided to sharpen the ongoing anti-naxal operation in the districts after inspection.
