JobsForHer, a connecting portal that enables professional women on a career break to restart their careers and achieve full potential, announces the launch of 'Bring Her Back' - a career re-entry programme that is tailor-made for women re-starters.
The one-of-a-kind concept is a combined effort by JobsForHer with Talent Bridge and SimpliLearn.com for skill assessment and retraining of candidates, respectively.
These individuals will subsequently be hired by a global IT giant upon successful completion of this programme.
The IT company for which these candidates will be trained, is looking for qualified and experienced women on a career break to join their team as next-gen innovators, inventors and entrepreneurs.
It hopes to encourage these women to change the perception of IT being a male-dominated field, and transform this space with their fresh and innovative ideas.
With the 'Bring Her Back' programme, the IT giant is offering multiple job roles especially to women who wish to end their career break and return to work as soon as possible.
"One of the main reasons why women find it difficult to return to work, particularly in the field of technology, is that their working world has galloped leaps and bounds ahead of them, while they were away," said Co-Founder and CEO JobsForHer, Neha Bagaria.
"Digital Technologies are rapidly transforming the workplace, and this makes it imperative for women on career break to up skill themselves to be ready for today's job requirements. Simpli Learn is excited to be a partner in this initiative and will provide cutting edge learning solutions to the program participants through its outcome-oriented, structured learning programs across domains such as Digital Marketing, Big data and Analytics, Data Science and Cyber Security," said Head-Enterprise Business SimpliLearn, Prashant Parmar.
JFH's career assessment partner TalentBridge for the BringHerBack will assess every applicant's individual strengths pertaining to the job roles on offer through a quick and easy online test on JobsForHer's micro site that has been exclusively created for the 'Bring Her Back' programme.
The shortlisted candidates will get retrained in the necessary skills with courses offered by SimpliLearn. Additionally, the first 500 lucky applicants in this programme will get access to all of these services for free.
