Angelina Jolie's nanny, Cis Rundle has opened up about the star's controversial kiss with her brother on the Oscars red carpet in 2000, saying that there was "nothing incestuous" about it.
Rundle, who's also a close friend of the 39-year-old beauty's mum Marcheline Bertrand, told Radar Online that the day was the first time Bertrand's cancer treatment had begun.
She added, people didn't know but both the Jolie and her brother James Haven had been at the hospital, had left together from there, got ready for the Oscars, and their kiss at the red carpet was meant to be "here we are," together.
They were very close to each other and their mother, and it was nothing more than sisterly love but unfortunately people only saw "something incestual," said Rundle.
Jolie recently got married to her long-term partner Brad Pitt, with whom she has six children.
