Jamaat-ud-Dawa Chief Hafiz Muhammad Saeed has warned Pakistan to be careful of ties with India.
Saeed said India is responsible for energy crisis in Pakistan, as it has constructed 62 dams on their rivers, creating water shortage in the country.
According to the Nation, the warning from Saeed came while addressing the participants of a consultative meeting on the ongoing problems facing Pakistan, including terrorism, energy crisis and drone attacks with journalists at Jamia Qadsia on Sunday.
He said the Pakistani Government wants friendly relations with India, but warned that it should be careful in its move.
He said the energy problem was also related with India because it was constructing dams on Pakistan's rivers.
He added that India is hatching conspiracies against Pakistan, promoting terrorism by sending its agents into their country.
He blamed India for the new wave of terrorism in Pakistan which was now spreading in Punjab as well.
He asked Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for further strengthening relations with China.
