Justin Timberlake, wife Biel accept apology from 'Heat' magazine in court
Justin Timberlake and his wife Jessica Biel have settled the case they had pursued against Heat magazine that published a false and unfounded story regarding the singer's alleged behavior at a Birthday party after one of his shows.
The couple is currently very satisfied with the categorical retraction after a comprehensive apology from Bauer Consumer Media, the publishers of Heat magazine, the BBC reported.
The falsely published story's headline read "Justin Timberlake gets flirty with another woman, it is not his wife!" and "The flirty photos that rocked Justin and Jessica's marriage" and also reportedly quoted Biel in a wrong way.
The couple had lodged the defamation claim at the High Court in Dublin, Ireland.
