Kanye West wants to come out clean as he has asked for a conviction for attacking a photographer to be removed from his record.
The 38-year-old rapper recently submitted a no contest plea to misdemeanour battery in 2014 over an incident at LAX airport that took place in 2013, reports News24.com.
West was placed on 24 months probation and ordered to perform 250 hours of community service.
Now that the 'Mercy' hit-maker has completed more than the required number of hours at Los Angeles Trade Tech's fashion school and has stayed out of trouble for two years, he is eligible to have the conviction expunged.
Sources revealed that West has already filed legal papers, asking the judge to wipe his record.
However, a decision is yet to be made.
