Senior Congress leader Dr. Karan Singh on Friday misaddressed Prime Minister Narendra Modi as Atal Bihar Vajpayee twice during his address at the centenary celebrations of late Congress leader Girdhari Lal Dogra here.
"I would like to welcome Prime Minister Atal ji," he said.
Prime Minister Modi is presently in Jammu attending the centenary celebrations of the late Congress leader. He is accompanied by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.
