Kate Gosselin has allegedly filed a lawsuit against her former husband Jon, claiming that he stole her hard drive and hacked into her phone and computer to get material for his biography.
The suit alleges that tell-all book 'Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World' was written by Jon's writer-pal, Robert Hoffman, with material that was obtained illegally, People Magazine reported.
The couple first got fame for starring in the 'Jon 'n' Kate Plus 8' show, which revolved around their life with their twins and sextuplets.
The pair separated in 2009 and later divorced.
