Actress Kate Lyn Sheil is set star alongside Kristen Stewart and Nicholas Hoult in the upcoming Drake Doremus directed futuristic feature 'Equals.'
The movie, which was a hot project in Cannes 2014, will portray a future society where 'equals', a new breed of humans without emotions, live in peace, until a disease, which activates emotions in people, starts spreading, the Deadline.com reported.
While Hoult and Stewart will play the 'equals' who have regained their emotions because of the disease, while the 'House of Cards' star will play Kate, a fellow co-worker of pair.
The film, which was penned by Nathan Parker and will be produced by Ridley Scott, Michael Schaefer, Ann Ruark, along with Jay Stern and Chip Diggins of Route One films, also stars Guy Pearce and will commence its shoot in Japan and Singapore late summer 2014.
