Katie Holmes has finally joined Twitter under the alias of KatieHolmes212.
The 34-year-old actress, who had 14,000 followers within a few hours of joining the micro-blogging site, re-tweeted a pic of herself with Taylor Swift, Jeff Bridges and Cameron Monaghan, the Mirror reported.
Holmes, who was married to Tom Cruise, later tweeted that she was very happy to be on the social networking site and was sending her first tweets from South Africa.
The 'Batman Begins' star is currently filming 'The Giver' in South Africa.
