Katie Holmes may have to depose in Tom Cruise's legal fight against two magazines publishers.
Sources revealed that learned that lawyers representing German magazine empire Bauer Media, the publisher of 'In Touch' and 'Life and Style', are yet to decide but it is "certainly possible", Radar Online reported.
Cruise had sued the Bauer publications, alleging that they defamed him.
