Kelly Brook and Holly Willoughby accidentally locked lips on 'Celebrity Juice' while demonstrating how to play game Read My Lips, on Friday night.
The game involved the contestants passing pieces of paper to each other using just their mouths.
The duo shared the kiss after their paper dropped to the floor, the Sun reported.
Later, the show's host Keith Lemon, who was apparently not satisfied with the pair simply brushing lips, asked the girls to kiss again but Willoughby, 32, immediately declared: "No."
Brook replied to the remark saying: "You kissed Emma Bunton, what's wrong with me?"
But the women agreed to smooch for a second time after a little more pleading from the 40-year-old comedian.
Brook, who is dating Former England rugby international player Danny Cipriani, also posted a picture of the kiss on Instagram and added: "Hopefully this will get me another Job :)) Oooush CelebJuice.
