After six years of struggle, Kelly Rutherford has finally got the chance to bring her kids, Hermes and Helena, back home.
The 46-year-old actress has been granted temporary sole custody of her children by a Californian judge, reported Us magazine.
The 'Gossip Girl' star had said on 'Good Morning America' in April, that everyone knew it's not right, and felt terrible to leave her kids in a foreign country and not being able to see them for weeks.
Hermes, 8, and Helena, 6, have been living in France and Monaco with their father Daniel Giersch since 2012.
The battle between the 'Melros Place' actress and Giersch started soon after they divorced in 2010.
Kim Kardashian, who previously lent her voice to help the TV star's fight, congratulated the star on Twitter, adding that she "deserved ever bit of this joy!!!! Xoxo.
