Kerry Washington has admitted that she finds difficulties in balancing career and family, but feels completely okay with it rather than feeling guilty like other women.
The 'Scandal' actress, who will be gracing Instyle Magazine's March cover, said in an interview that doing all things to all people all the time is not possible so it's better to do what actually she can rather than stepping into everything, E! Online reported.
The 38-year-old American actress added that her notorious 11-month-old daughter Isabelle Amarachi completely looks like her dad and retired footballer Nnamdi Asomugha.
