Khloe Kardashian might not split with Lamar Odom as she is might dismiss her divorce case that she filed almost a year ago.
A source told RadarOnline that the 30-year-old reality star has been told by her attorney, Laura Wasser, that she could file a motion to have the divorce granted, even though Odom had not formally responded.
According to the website, a notice was submitted recently by a judge to say the divorce petition could be dismissed for failing to take any action.
Kardashian has been on an on/off relationship with singer French Montana, but she's still technically married to the NBA player Odom.
