Kim Kardashian has posed completely naked in the teaser clip from season 10 of her reality show 'Keeping up with the Kardashians'.
In the clip, the American reality star discusses that she wants to remember her body how it was right now because she knows that it will eventually change again, E! Online reported.
The 34-year-old TV personality asserted in the video that if she gets pregnant again soon, her body was going to totally transform, and therefore, she was doing this photo shoot naked.
Kardashian, who is married to rapper Kanye West, added that she just wanted to capture her body and have these photos to last forever.
