Kim Kardashian has revealed that Kanye West refuses to change their baby North's dirty nappies.
The 33-year-old reality TV star said that West is a hands-on dad but not a diaper kind of guy but he would do the job if it was an emergency, the Mirror reported.
Kardashian also revealed that she wants to have 6 children.
