The 33-year's beauty, who's snap was taken during her wedding dress trials, where she's seen only wearing tights and wedding veil, took to Instagram and wished the designer Happy Birthday adding that she couldn't wait to celebrate with him, People magazine reported.
Tisci, who is a longtime friend of Kardashian and her hubby Kanye West, had designed the beauty's wedding gown.
