Good news for all those who were eagerly waiting for 'Student of the Year' part 2 as film-maker Karan Johar has recently confirmed that a sequel is pretty much on the cards.
The 43-year-old director tweeted, "@DivyaChouksey: @karanjohar will you be making a sequel of #SOTY??" yes!!! Will be announced in 2 months! #soty2 #koffeewithkaran."
Fans have to wait for at least two months to know more about the movie.
'Student of the Year,' which was released on 19 October 2012 in over 1400 locations across India, marked the Bollywood debut of Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra.
The movie, which was a critical and commercial success and gained positive to mixed reviews from the critics, was the second highest grossing Bollywood film in the month of October and is one of the highest grossing Bollywood films of 2012.
