Krishan Pal has taken charge as the Minister of State for Road Transport, Highways and Shipping here this morning.
He later held discussions with the officials of the Ministry along with the Cabinet Minister Nitiin Gadkari.
Krishan Pal has been elected as a M.P. from the Faridabad Constituency in Haryana in the recent Lok Sabha Elections.
The 57 year old BJP leader had earlier been elected to the Haryana Vidhan Sabha in 1996 for the first time and became the Transport Minister in the Haryana Government.
