Kylie Minogue has confessed that she treated her cancer operation like she was going on the stage.
The 45-year-old singer, who was diagnosed with the disease in May 2005, said that she was lying on the trolley and was suddenly taken by the fact that she was going into a "theatre", the Daily Express reported.
Minogue explained in the Radio Times interview that even though medicine is very different from her business, yet is so much similar in some ways.
For instance the masks, gowning up, the build-up, the adrenalin, it all felt so familiar to her and she was under lights, which she thought was her spotlight.
