Lady Gaga has decided to auction off a trip to space, where she would be performing next year, to raise money for her Born This Way Foundation charity.

The 27-year-old American recording artist, who is set to sing in outer space following the launch of Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic commercial space flights, said that she is auctioning off her second seat on the spacecraft to raise funds for her charity, the Mirror reported.

She added that performing in space is an honor and she wants to make her performance to have a message of love that blasts into the beyond.
