Lahore will host the final match of the second edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) on March 7 next year, confirmed the country's cricket board while unveiling the full schedule of the tournament.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) further said that final clash in Lahore would pave the way for the return of world-class cricket to the country.
The PSL 2, which will feature five teams, will begin from February 9 with all the matches except the final to be held in Dubai and Sharjah, the Express Tribune reported.
The inaugural match of the second edition of the tournament will be played between Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi.
The double round-robin format will then continue until February 26 before the play-offs, which will be played on September 28, March 1 and March 3 next year.
