Lamar Odom, husband of reality TV star Khloe Kardashian will reportedly not be prosecuted for trashing a photographer's equipment in Hollywood last month.
The Los Angeles City Attorney has declined to file criminal vandalism charges against the 33-year old American professional basketball and the matter has been set for an informal hearing in the City Attorney's office, TMZ.com reported.
Sources reveal that the hearing office will explain the ground rules of dispute between a celebrity and the paparazzi.
It is likely that Odom will be let off with an order to attend anger management classes.
The 6ft 10in athlete had been filmed smashing up a photographer's equipment who asked the sports star if he was unfaithful to his 29-year old wife last month.
