Latest technologies, devices for sewage works showcased at Tokyo expo

Sewers and related appliances are essential social capital for people who support improvement to the living environment in any country.

In order to help improve sewage work across the world, over 300 sewage works related companies showcased their latest technologies and devices at the Sewage Works Exhibition in Tokyo, Japan.

Held under the aegis of Japan Sewer Work Businessman Association and 61 related companies, the exhibitors targeted nationwide local government and public organizations that manage the local sewage system.

They showcased for design and inspection of sewage works, construction, sewer line materials and equipment, sewage disposal, operation and maintenance, measurement equipment based on their results of daily technical development.

The Sewage Works Exhibition supports the expansion of Japanese water business to overseas markets.

Surveying company, PASCO proposed their latest sewage long life management solutions utilizing geospatial information and ICT, for the recent advanced and various risks in Japan.

The company also showcased the mobile surveying "Real Petit" equipped with CCD camera and GPS system which can survey upto 30 km a day.

PASCO also has Mobile Mapping System (MMS) vehicle with multiple CCD and 3D laser measuring instrument.

The international conference (Asia Session) is held to attract many visitors and companies from abroad.

EBARA Corporation also exhibited the multi purpose drain pump mobile vehicle which is equipped with the light weight drain pump package.

The multi purpose drain pump mobile vehicle has functions to support the various water disaster situations such as the urban water damage, the inundation in the underground mall caused by sudden heavy rain.

In many countries across the world the sewage treatment penetration rate has reached high and renovation of old sewage system is required.

The latest technologies and devices in sewage works will prove to be a boon.
