An engineer in the Betul district of Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday locked himself with his wife and two daughters in a car and set it ablaze as part of an alleged suicide pact.
According to reports, the man took this extreme step after learning that he and his family were HIV positive.
The police have stated that while the man has survived, his wife and children were burnst to death. The man reportedly survived while attempting to save his children.
