Bollywood stars got in action on Day three of the ongoing Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2017 with Shraddha Kapoor, Preity Zinta, Kalki Koechlin, Radhika Apte and Esha Gupta gracefully sashaying down the runway.
The 'Ok Jaanu' star said that including her, the actor's friends and family were 'extremely excited' as she was walking for designer Rahul Mishra.
"The kind of response that Rahul's work garners is amazing. My best friends, who normally don't show much excitement, were also eager to attend the show and see the garments in person. They are my critics and they absolutely loved the outfit that I am wearing. This collection is stunning," she told media post the walk.
Shraddha was a picture of elegance as she glided down the ramp in a gorgeous embellished monsoon crane lehenga with hand embroidered muga silk magenta blouse and the superbly crafted chintz, scalloped, dupatta.
Stopping the glamorous show of Falguni and Shane Peacock was the very bubbly and vivacious Preity, who looked dazzling in an off-shoulder floor-length smoky grey gown with exquisite emerald earrings that made her look like a royalty.
Nikita Mhaisalkar, with her label named after her, offered a range of flamboyant yet eccentric silhouettes at the 6Degree Studio during Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2017.
Her showstopper, Bollywood's stylish fashionista, Kalki looked amazing in a lined long white top; while the pants were sheer with shimmer detailing of taar embroidery. Completing the trio of outfits was a long white coat that added to the exquisite look of the entry.
Neha Agarwal, who presented a fascinating women's wear collection 'Mithila in Soho', had Chitrangada Singh as her showstopper.
Chitrangada looked stunning in a printed trumpet dress that was daringly revealing yet mesmerizingly beautiful in multi-colours and striking embroidery.
The absolutely sensational, Esha Gupta ended designer Amit Aggarwal's show with her amazing entry in a gold moulded corset blouse worn with an electric blue lehanga that dazzled with gold appliqued flowers.
Amit's collection created a brilliant melange comprising the beauty of Monaco with the blend of discarded traditional Banarsi saris, which presented a new chapter in the fashion trends for the coming season.
Radhika Apte was the showstopper for Sailesh Singhania's fashion collection.
