Lindsay Lohan has accepted 150,000 dollars in settlement for her lawsuit against clothing company D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries.

The 27-year-old American actress had claimed that the clothing company owed hundreds of thousands of dollars after they licensed her 6126 trademark for international sales and has accepted 150,000 dollar in compensation, the Mirror reported.

The settlement will save her from testifying about her traumatic miscarriage in court.
