Jon Favreau's adaptation of the Disney Animated Film 'The Lion King' will feature Donald Glover and Beyonce in the lead roles for the voice cast.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, James Earl Jones, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Billy Eichner, Seth Rogen, Alfre Woodard and John Oliver are the part of the cast ensemble.
The movie was announced in September, 2016.
Disney took to Twitter to reveal the cast of the movie. The caption read, "#TheLionKing. 2019"
'The Lion King' is slated to hit the theatres on July 19, 2019.
