Liverpool have completed the signing of striker Christian Benteke from Aston Villa for a stunning fee of 32.5million pounds at Anfield.
The 24-year-old has reportedly signed a five-year contract with the Premier League giants, making him their seventh summer signing.
Benteke said that he was happy to be at Anfield as he came there to reach great goals with the team, the BBC reported.
The Belgian international has scored 49 goals in his 101 appearances for Villa and manager Brendan Rodgers hopes the signing of Benteke would revive Liverpool's misfiring forward attack.
