Congress leader Renuka Chaudhary on Monday said that she looks forward to working with newly appointed Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee president Uttam Kumar Reddy.
"We are happy to have Uttam Reddy as our new PCC chief. We look forward to working with him," said Chaudhary.
The Congress party had earlier in the day appointed five new PCC chiefs and one regional Congress Committee President.
Apart from Uttam Reddy from Telangana, the other new PCC chiefs are: Ashok Chavan in Maharashtra, Ghulam Ahmed Mir in Jammu and Kashmir Bharatsinh Solanki in Gujarat and Ajay Maken in Delhi.
Meanwhile, party leader Sanjay Nirupam has been appointed the chief of Mumbai Regional Congress Committee.
