The Biebs and Baldwin spent New Year's Eve together in Anguilla, and it seems they were overtly affectionate.
In the black-and-white snap, the 19-year-old model hugged 21-year-old singer from behind. Hailey kissed the nape of his neck as he tried to turn his face to her. She was seen wearing a tight leather dress with lace-up detailing at either side. Meanwhile, Justin looked casual in a cap and an oversized T-shirt. The picture was seemingly taken at a party given that some people were dancing in the background.
