Another petitioner Anangjit Chatterjee said that Madan Mitra cannot continue in his job as a minister.
"We demand to the court for disqualification of his ministry as because when he takes his oath to the governor of West Bengal, it is clearly stated in the Constitution that all the activities a minister towards the people for the people. So, I have appealed he cannot continue as a minster because he cannot do his duty in jail custody," he said.
