Madonna has reportedly promised to give a new set of teeth to her alcoholic brother, if he manages to stay clean and sober.
The '4 Minutes' hitmaker's big brother Martin Ciccone has led a troubled life and has battled with substance abuse issues, been arrested for DUI and served jail time and done multiple stints in rehab, Radar Online.
Ciccone said in an interview with The National Enquirer that he is now in good terms with his 55-year-old sister and that she is helping him out.
He added that Madonna is getting him some new teeth and that he is hoping to start doing voice-over work again for cartoons and video games and get back on his feet.
